Allow the user to enter SVN authentication information via the plugin

If the user has SVN credentials saved, the plugin works. If they don’t, then when the user clicks on “commit” on a modified file, the commit message window opens, and they can enter a commit message. After confirming the commit message, this window closes but no actual commit is performed. The file status remains unchanged.
