Currently, the main pipeline python script epaa.py already has the functionality to parse provided expression or differential expression data and annotate the predicted peptides with the corresponding values. We just need to add respective parameters to the pipeline to provide these files. In addition, we want to make it compatible with nf-core/rnsaseq results and therefore have to adapt the functionality.
