Turns out that Recognize isn't maintained as much. Maybe Face Recognition is better after all?

Add this in any case if using imaginary:

+ 'enabledFaceRecognitionMimetype' => array(
+    0 => 'image/jpeg',
+    1 => 'image/png',
+    2 => 'image/heic',
+    3 => 'image/tiff',
+    4 => 'image/webp',

Just FYI, there is now an external model that can be used: https://github.com/matiasdelellis/facerecognition-external-model.
