DOC - Governance documentation is outdated

I was recently looking at the governance docs in napari.org, and there seem to be a few sections that contain outdated or inaccessible information:

Team section seems to be out of date
This same section makes a distinction between current and emeritus core-developers. However, after reading through this documentation section and the Governance model I could not find any docs on how one goes from one category to the other and whether folks in the "emeritus" group could be moved current under specific criteria. Having this documentation would be helpful for those trying to understand how the project is organized.
The Governance model section provides an overview of the different teams of napari and links to the Teams on GitHub, though these seem to be private, so outside folks reading the docs cannot access these. (I am logged in GitHub but I am not part of the org of that helps with info)

Community calendar in the docs seems to be out of sync with the Google calendar: there are loads of community meetings listed on the Google calendar, and it seems the calendar in napari.org should be also reflecting these, but right now it only shows and empty calendar which makes it confusing to folks looking for community meeting times (and for me the link to the Google calendar was not noticeable at first, or at least the calendar in the docs page captured my attention and I missed the link the first time).
