Reproduce

  • Import a vcf file or another file with chrom pos ref alt combinations.
  • In the data explorer, click a row in the entity
  • Now the genome browser is focused on that position, delete the row

Expected

The mutation disappears in the genome browser

Observed

It is still there because the das track is not updated on delete
