Describe the Issue

Opening a solution/Time to IntelliSense is taking a long time.

Video shows current experience.

Steps To Reproduce

Open a workspace that includes .NET projects. Wait for everything to load before being able to get started.

Expected Behavior

Open a workspace and I should be able to start editing files sooner.
