Describe the feature you'd like

The outline view provides a symbol tree view of the currently active editor symbols: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/getstarted/userinterface#_outline-view

C#DK should explore enabling this for the active editor symbol outline

Dang, wasn't working for me, will investigate and log a bug with repro if persists.
