I'm getting

But also whenever I try and run a command from the palette I get e.g.:

⚠ 
Command 'Container Images: Run' resulted in an error
command 'vscode-containers.images.run' not found

You will need to uninstall the Docker extension. Currently it is incompatible with the Container Tools extension, so the Container Tools extension does not activate, and the commands are not registered.

We plan on releasing an update to the Docker extension soon that will turn it into an extension pack, and it will no longer be incompatible.
