Is there a document that lists all the endpoints required for DAT to work correctly behind a firewall?

Are there other endpoints required besides those sites listed in the OEMLinks.xml? (downloads.dell.com, raw.githubusercontent.com etc.)

Been fighting to get this working on a 2019 (worked fine on 2012 R2) server for several months. Firewall admins swear nothing is being blocked.
