最开始的版本，就是默认y叔提供接口，没有自己设置key的时候超出平台的字符数就会停止翻译。现在使用火山引擎，腾讯翻译，这些超出免费额度后不会自动停止运行，直接计费，而且火山引擎控制台隔天才显示翻译总字符数，被账单吓到了，有没有什么比较好的办法，可以设置上限翻译的字符数？

应该是有一些服务能够支持这样的设置，我们需要后面明确了解之后，可以写在README里，如果你清楚了，也可以帮助我们建设一下这些材料。

y叔，我主要用的bing，火山和腾讯翻译，bing是到免费字节数就会停止翻译，火山和腾讯我都咨询了客服，他们表示客户端也不能设置上限字节数，就是超出免费额度后继续计费翻译。所以我现在是翻译之前加一个命令。
