Fixed the bug that was causing all (or at least nearly all) of the disagreement between the server and client object positions. The CombatObject added as user data to each Ogre::SceneNode was not being set to the new incoming CombatObject in CombatWnd::CombatTurnUpdate(), causing old object state to be used. Added (almost all of) the rest of the log4cpp 1.0 headers and sources… …, and changed the SCons build to use those instead of a user-installed copy. At least some that are needed on Linux were not available, and who knows when we'll need others? Also changed log4cpp/log4cpp/config-win32.h to use version number 1.0 instead of 0.3.5. svn path=/trunk/FreeOrion/; revision=2729
