The functionality intended by EXCLUDE_LESSONS does not seem to be working.

Even using the example command:

docker run -d -p 127.0.0.1:8080:8080 -p 127.0.0.1:9090:9090 -e EXCLUDE_CATEGORIES="CLIENT_SIDE,GENERAL,CHALLENGE" -e EXCLUDE_LESSONS="SqlInjectionAdvanced,SqlInjectionMitigations" webgoat/webgoat

The two excluded lessons, and any that are also added, are not excluded in the app.

Note - EXCLUDED_CATEGORIES is working ok.
