When a UserConfig is imported, it would be nice to have following two options:
to merge host connections from both the old and new config. (I.e., add host connections from the old UserConfig to the new UserConfig, except those that are already present in the new UserConfig according to the ble address.)
to preserve host connections from the old config.
The latter would be useful for development purposes.
The former would be useful for users to manage their UserConfigs - to sync them between work and home setups, etc..
(Current state of affairs is pain because importing someone else's config, or even own backup from the office, deletes and unpairs all current host devices.)
