I'm using Aurora RDS that uses SSL, any way to enable this in the configuration?

I've never done Rust code, but it seems according to this https://docs.rs/sqlx/0.3.5/sqlx/mysql/struct.MySqlConnection.html the configuration here https://github.com/TaKO8Ki/gobang/blob/main/src/config.rs#L205 needs to be updated to allow for those options?
