Since the database isn't designed to pull a list of who joined / who left a unit or sub group, a helpful tool for those of us with access to a sub-group's roster (Show all RHN member button for instance) that way those with that access (I am thinking the SMAs mainly) can pull a roster (Same format as the exportable ship rosters maybe?) on a regular basis and can then compare.
