Theoretically, the Contest Manager cog should be able to handle managing multiple contests in different channels simultaneously. However, because of the way the contests structure is set up, it's hard to map a contest ID back to a channel. Additionally, there is currently only a single list message tracked. This should be cleaned up, and it should be verified that two simultaneous contests can be run in separate channels.
