3.6-dev-alpha9-dev 7122~8A22B7BC

OS/device including version:

Specify GPU model, drivers, and the renderer (classic or modern) if graphics-related.
Windows 10 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

Describe the bug
gl_powerupshells 1 does not adjust if a FOV is set above 90 and r_viewmodelsize is adjusted below 1 -- the shell is in the wrong location and does not properly outline the weapon

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set gl_powerupshells 1
  2. Set fov 105
  3. r_viewmodelsize .7
  4. Get a quad
  5. See error

Expected behavior
The powerup shell outlines the weapon
