Description

The core/ui versions should be pinned in the Helm chart but in https://github.com/PrefectHQ/server/blob/gh-pages/charts/prefect-server-2022.03.29.tgz the values.yaml file contains null values which breaks deployments. For example, see #357

Expected Behavior

The versions should be updated via a sed replacement during chart publish.
