当一个app下的Job数量较多时，通过前端画面查找定位较为费劲
某个具体的开发人员，也希望能快速过滤出他负责的一批Job
因此，希望能给Job添加tag信息，前端能够通过tag对Job进行过滤，从而进一步提升用户体验
