没想到这么久了都没有人解答吗 :(

滤波得到的结果应该是在这一段：
https://github.com/PetWorm/LARVIO/blob/master/src/larvio.cpp#L422-L445

将自己需要的部分写入到ofstream文件流中输出为txt或者是csv文件即可
