Item filter on hopper is expected to allow through / stop selected item from container. This behaviour is observed when using
a filtered hopper to extract empty bucket from a steam engine.
However attempt in using this behaviour for vanilla container like chest, barrel and hopper ended up in the filtered hopper drawing all item from it indiscriminately which is rather annoying when i was setting up an item sorter.
A workaround i have found is to have a dropper launch item into a water line of filtered hopper, but it increase the size of the sorter itself and cause lag in large amount.

pls fix

singleplayer testing without any mod indicate that filtering only work with polyfactory-based container. vanilla container all have their content drawn out regardless of filter setting
