It seems there's no timeout to whatever check TortoiseSI makes before displaying the right click menu. We have a slow connection to an Integrity instance in another part of the world and occasionally explorer will hang. After minutes pass the only solution is to kill and restart the explorer process.

Environment

  • Windows 10 (10.0.15063 for me specifically)
  • TortoiseSI 1.0.230.0 x64
  • Integrity 11
    • Build: 11.2.0.1413
    • API Version: 4.16.1413
    • Hotfixes: C160000001-001, C160000001-002, C160000001-004, C160000001-005, C160000001-011, C160000001-012, C160000001-013, C160000001-014, C160000001-015, C160000001-016, C160000001-017, C160000001-985, C170000000-901, C170000000-903, C170000000-985
