In Integrity 10.8, there is a command available to view all locks for a specific project configuration - mainline or a variant. If this command is run with a variant sandbox in context, it will show the locks in the development path for that sandbox. If it's run with a normal sandbox in context, it will show the locks in the mainline.

This should be exposed in the TortoiseSI integration, but not until after release 1.0. We don't want release 1.0 to require a 10.8 client.
