Following up on #577 we need to check on the status of MCMCTransientSearch - in the samples files it produces, it won't currently differentiate in output between ML/MP estimates of t0/tau, and I'm not entirely sure whether what it reports as twoF is actually the full-duration CW 2F or the transient max2F.
