Describe the bug
When turning on tracing in Authorino CR it simply does not work. In the logs there is line:

error ... unable to set trace provider ... conflicting Schema URL ....

This seems as the same problem as solved in #455

Help us Reproduce it

  1. Deploy the Authorino CR, AuthConfig CR
  2. Observe logs to see the error
  3. Or send http request and check the tracing provider and see no trace was recorded

Expected behavior

Of no error and tracing working.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Cluster information: Openshift 4.18, 4.17, 4.16
  • Authorino version: Observed in versions: v0.21.0 & v0.20.0

Additional context
This fails 2 tests in our testsuite, we track this issue here: Kuadrant/testsuite#659
