HI!

I have created my "gcore_cdn_sslcert" with my cert data,
now I want to rotate this cert , by changing its content in the resource.

When I try to change cert and private_key provider wants to delete the resource and create a new one...

This results in error:
│ Error: request: [ │ "You cannot delete this certificate because it used by resources. Unlink the certificate from resources and try again. The list of connected resources: [XXXX,XXXXX,XXXX]" │ ]

Do you think, that it may be worth implementing an update method for gcore_cdn_sslcert which will use the PATCH API method?

looks like it was fixed by #162

@freenoth unfortunately on latest i still get the same error.
