applying weighted randomness in a set range is not possible as of version 3.15.2 b830. the ability to choose the range of weighted randomness is kind of an necessity to have.

While I lack extensive experience in Minecraft plugin development, I believe implementing range functionality to weighted randomness should be feasible.
