Hello,
I can't seem to include this device in Homey. I had no problem with the SwitchBot Indoor/Outdoor Thermo-Hygrometer model, which I managed to include after activating the developer mode on the SwitchBot application. What should I do with the new pro model to be added in Homey ?
Thank you very much for your answer.

Is it the version with the CO2?

Could you open the app settings page and select the Detected tab and tap on the Get Hub Devices button. When the list has populated, tap on Send Log.
I will check the reported type and make sure it is in the app.

Hello. Thanks for your reply. It is not the CO2 version. I have just done what you asked for. There is a "false" indication for "enablecloudservice" in the log. Thanks you a lot for your assistance. Best regards

I’ve noticed that while the SwitchBot WiFi Indoor Outdoor Thermometer Wireless (Matter Enabled), available at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DBVCRTK5, appears to be supported by Homey Pro, I’m unable to detect or pair it successfully. Here’s a breakdown of the issue and the steps I’ve taken:

  1. Initial Pairing Attempt with Homey Pro:
  • In the Homey Pro app, I navigated to the device list and selected "Meter Pro (BLE)" to initiate pairing via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
  • Despite following the pairing process, no devices are discovered, and the scan times out without detecting the thermometer.
  1. Verification with SwitchBot Ecosystem:
  • To rule out a hardware issue, I successfully paired the device (including its outdoor sensor) with my SwitchBot account using the SwitchBot app over BLE and WiFi (via the Hub Mini, as required for Matter support). The device functions as expected within the SwitchBot ecosystem, confirming it’s operational.
  1. Retry with Homey Pro:
  • After confirming functionality in the SwitchBot app, I unpaired the device from the SwitchBot app and attempted to re-pair it with Homey Pro.
  • Again, no device appears during the BLE scan in the Homey Pro interface.

Environment Details:

Device: SwitchBot WiFi Indoor Outdoor Thermometer (Matter Enabled, model linked above).

  • Homey Pro Firmware: 12.3.2.
  • Proximity: The device is within 10 meters of the Homey Pro, unobstructed, well within BLE range
  • BLE Status: Bluetooth is enabled on Homey Pro, and other BLE devices pair successfully.

Observations:

The device supports BLE natively and Matter via the SwitchBot Hub Mini, suggesting Homey Pro should detect it as a BLE device even without Matter integration.

No error messages appear in the Homey Pro app; just an empty device list during the scan.

Also, is there no support for the Outdoor Sensor that pairs with this?
