Describe the bug
The outline thickness is not changing, despite changing it in the config.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Change outline thickness in config file to anything above 1
Load Minecraft and enter world
Enable X-Ray to see it didn't change

Expected behavior
The outline thickness should be thicker.

Minecraft Environment

Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
X-ray Mod Version: advanced-xray-forge-1.20.1-2.18.1-build.22.jar
Mod Pack & Version if applicable
Forge Version: 47.4.0
