This happened multiple times with the latest version of IDA.
A possible fix was discussed in #23 and #24, by just recompiling the project with the latest IDA sdk (which I sadly currently don't have access to).

SigMaker9_64.zip <- works on newest IDA Pro version (9.0.240925)

idasdk90.zip <- SDK I compiled it with.
