Create a dashboard summarising key site- and country- level trends related to the AE and SAE KRI including distribution of key AE characteristics (e.g. Grade, Relatedness), Medra hierarchy (e.g. SOC and PT),  Data quality metrics (e.g. data entry timliness).

@jwildfire Related gsm.app issues (since it's a different repo, they can't be sub-issues):

  • Core gsm dfs available to apps + workflows for plugins: PR 431 (closes #438).
  • More flexible arg names: PR 439 (closes #438).
  • GroupLevels: PR 442 (closes #203, #216).
  • Domain counts: PR 443 (closes #441).
  • Study- & Group-level data (everything except plugins): PR 445 (closes #435).
  • Study- & Group-level data for plugins: PR in progress (closes #447).

Duh, I created issues over here to track the related {gsm.app} issues. Everything should look nice now.
