Improve home page search bar behavior #929

Describe the solution you'd like
The idea is to have the suggestions dropdown to come again automatically after these steps:

  1. User enters something into the search bar
  2. The suggestions appear
  3. User changes focus to other element (the entered content is still in the search bar)
  4. When user changes focus again to the search bar and it contains some text the suggestions box should appear again automatically (it currently doesn't)

hey @arkid15r , I just checked the behavior of the current search bar, and it's working fine. The only thing missing is the 4th point you mentioned. I would also recommend adding a loading state or a skeleton for a better UX. I would really love to work on this issue. Can I start working on it?

yes the 4th item is the actual issue to address. I believe @kayashth1 has already started working on this.

Okay @arkid15r , if you need any help with this, I can work on it and improve the UI. Also, if there's any specific issue you want me to work on, I would appreciate that because most good issues are already assigned to someone.
