I played around with the software, followed the README for single-subject inference, and got this:

(venv) julien-macbook:~/code/agitation $ cat ./sub-000103_ses-standard_motion.csv
,subject_id,session_id,path_to_t1w,motion
0,sub-000103,ses-standard,tests/data/bids_sub_ses/sub-000103/ses-standard/anat/sub-000103_ses-standard_T1w.nii.gz,0.83929443359375

But I have no clue what these numbers mean. Is 0.83 good? bad? I suggest documenting in the README
