POST /freepbx/rest/devices/phones/reload/EXTENSION is obsolete but is called by nethcti-server

** Step to reproduce **

  • change from CTI phone BLF
  • check traeefik logs:
Jun 11 11:25:03 ns8n4 traefik[3517953]: 127.0.0.1 - - [11/Jun/2025:09:25:03 +0000] "POST /freepbx/rest/devices/phones/reload/269 HTTP/1.1" 202 0 "-" "-" 254797 "nethvoice5-freepbx-https@file" "http://127.0.0.1:20116/freepbx" 100ms
  • api is called

** Expected behaviour **

  • /phones/reconfigure should be called instead

  • Also remove obsolete API from wizard rest api
