Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not really related to a problem, just something i observed could be utilized in mesa3d

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to get the system topology through the QuerySystem syscall, it should contain numa nodes, physical processors, physical cores and their logical threads per core.
