Hello, I have a bug. The software no longer opens for me. Instead, I have a very limited internet settings page. How can I get the software back, please?

Can you be a bit more specific? Do you mean the Color Control software or the page on the TV that opens? It would also be helpful to know more details about your configuration and TV model involved.
