Apologies, I know this isn't the correct usage of git issues but there's no discussion tab.

I've disabled everything (LG/Samsung TV controller, AMD etc) as I only want to use CC to apply temporal dithering on my nvidia GPU > LG C9.

By doing so, just checking, for example, 8bit, temporal and closing the app and never opening it again it should be applied system wide right? Until I update the nvidia drivers and then have to do it again?
