Shop Facade 3D Model

Shop facade model. Originally created with 3ds Max 2014. This model was designed for use as a real-time asset in a videogame or simulation. Includes the Unreal Engine 4 PBR package. In the package is the FBX2014 file and the required textures for the UE4 PBR materials. Namely: Diffuse, Metallic, Roughness, and Normal. The animation is only available for the 3D Studio Max file. It uses path deform binding modifier following a spline which wraps the shutter inside the casing. This model contains 3 separate objects. This model contains 351 polygons with TurboSmooth OFF. This model contain 351 quads, 0 tris, and 0 ngons. This model contains Standard materials only. All preview images are rendered with Default Scanline Renderer. No Photoshop or compositing used, product is ready to render out-of-the-box. Lights and cameras are not included in the file. 2048x2048 [PNG]. Diffuse, Specular, Gloss, Roughness, Metallic, Normals, Displacement. Metallic and roughness are in the FBX packages in additional downloads. Model is built to real-world scale. Units used: Centimeters. Model is 285 centimeters tall. Scene objects are organized by layers / groups / selection sets.
