Premier League 2018-19 var tann 27. sesongin í Premier League, ið er hægsta fótbóltsdeildin í enskum fótbólti, síðan deildin varð stovnað í 1992. Sesongin byrjaði 10. august 2018 og vardi til 12. mai 2019.[1]

Forsvarandi meistari, Manchester City, vann sín fjórða Premier League tittul og sín 6. enska meistaraheitið.[2]

Wolverhampton Wanderers, Cardiff City og Fulham vóru nýggj lið í deildini, eftir at liðini fluttu upp úr Football League Championship 2017-18.[3]
