INSTRUCTIONS: This request form please needs to be completed by the GROUP LEADER, the individual who will be the main point of contact with the Visitors Program AND who will accompany the group on any confirmed tour date. The Group Leader starts by entering their email address below. Before starting this Request Form, the Group Leader should please review the maximum group size information on our Guided Tours webpage. NOTE: Per the Educational Tours webpage, one school/organization/group can bring a maximum total of 60 people for one tour start time (this is your total adult and youth participants).

We operate on a ratio of 20 guests to 1 tour guide.

Should your group exceed our internal capacity for one touring time, we will request that you split your group into back-to-back tours or days visiting. This planning will be done via email once your request is submitted.
