OK, well if you want this spell to be "Oh Cool" the first time you use it, dont get Waterga II. Waterga II does 350 damage and Thunder II does a mear 280ish on an IT mob. Cool graphic though.

Waterga II also costs 123 MP (versus the 86 from Thunder II), and then you run the risk of attracting monsters you don't want because it's an AOE spell.
Of course AGA spells of the same level cause more damage. However, for individual mob spells with no AOE, this spell is quite nice compared to the previous, Blizzard II.
I also want to add that for the same MP cost, aga spells are less efficient versus regular spells.
