Ending of WeatherScan ?
editWhy was this wonderfully useful, & pleasant to listen to, 24/7/365 weather station discontinued on COMCAST/Xfinity system??? It made me quite upset as it provided excellent & up-to-date weather info and 24/7 . A disgrace imo!! CloudLuv (talk) 21:32, 22 May 2019 (UTC)
“Closed?”
editAs far as I’m concerned, Weatherscan hasn’t closed. How does a channel close its doors? Plus, I’m pretty sure that Weatherscan IntelliStars still exist into January 1st, 2021. —2601:4C1:8201:4E50:D025:A24F:57D6:7968 (talk) 00:50, 16 January 2021 (UTC)
- Unrelated, but could anyone add pictures of Weatherscan units and more important products (Local Forecast, Local Doppler Radar, Travel Forecast, etc.)? —2601:4C1:8201:4E50:D025:A24F:57D6:7968 (talk) 00:59, 16 January 2021 (UTC)

Which recreation should be used?
editAt the end of the page in the recreation section, MapGuy11 recently changed the link back to weatherscan.net. This wouldn't be a problem, if it weren't for the fact that he owns that emulator. To me, this seems like a case of self-promotion.
Although the contents of both emulators are basically the same, Goldblazez, who originally made the emulator, hosts the site on weatherscan.me [1]. This is the reason why I changed the link in the first place. Hainesnoids (talk) 13:31, 4 December 2024 (UTC)
