Give Infernape his own page!
editHe’s one of the most famous Pokémon of all time and one of almost everyone’s personal favorites. Please make an article for him! --PyukumukuAce (talk) 14:16, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
Why does Arceus not have his own page???
editHe’s the mascot of Legends Arceus and well-known as the god of Pokémon! Give him his own page! --PyukumukuAce (talk) 14:22, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
- if you can provide enough reliable sources for its notability, that can happen. same goes for infernape
- also arkoos isn't male and starters like chimchar are only mostly male, but that's besides the point cogsan (nag me) (stalk me) 14:28, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
TWO WORDS. BULBA. PEDIA. --PyukumukuAce (talk) 14:44, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
- this isn't bulbapedia. wikipedia requires significant coverage of something to warrant an article for it. otherwise, it would be riddled with fancruft on things no one cares about, like that one phone cover ex machina from little witch academia. also, bulbapedia is one word cogsan (nag me) (stalk me) 15:09, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
- @PyukumukuAce: Frankly, Arceus struggles on two points: firstly, a lot of Pokémon do not receive significant coverage, even if they are significant in-universe. Secondly, Arceus is also very hard to search, having to sift through every single mention of its game. Ironically, being a mascot is a detriment for it getting an article.
