Dr. Yousef Ramezani holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, with more than 15 years of experience as a faculty member and academic background including 80 scientific articles, three specialized books, supervision of 100 master's theses, and implementation of 20 national and provincial research projects. He also has executive backgrounds such as chairman, deputy chairman, and director of educational departments in universities and higher education institutions in the country.
