Rion-des-Landes (French pronunciation: [ʁjɔ̃ de lɑ̃d]; Occitan: Arrion, before 1962: Rion)[3] is a commune in the Landes department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France.[4] On 1 January 2017, the former commune of Boos was merged into Rion-des-Landes.[5]
