     Says here, the message on the mirror was translated by one of the department's volunteer translators who said it was clearly written in Sulaimitian Arabic, or Libyan Arabic.

     A balaclava'd figure, speaking in Sulaimitian Arabic, claimed responsibility for the atrocity on behalf of a rebel group still loyal to the memory of the ousted Gaddafi regime.
