We sell shrub syrups, a type of fruit syrup used in cocktails and mixed drinks, as well as non-alcoholic sodas. Shrub syrups are a bit different from ordinary cocktail syrups in that they contain vinegar - the vinegar adds bite, as well as an extra layer of complexity to the drink. We make our shrubs from a variety of fresh local berries and fruits. Our target audience is young urban professionals who enjoy drinking cocktails and are willing to try new things.
