No 271848, Econometric Institute Archives from Erasmus University Rotterdam
Abstract:
Prefatory Note: Within the general framework of the Working Group Social Planning of the Centre for Development Planning, the present paper is concerned with the problem of deficient nutrition in developing countries, for the greater part in nature of a review. The principal aim of this paper is to provide a basis for further investigation into the development of planning methods for solving the problem of hunger and undernutrition. The author hopes that ultimately this may contribute to a "synthesis of the targets of a healthy population and a healthy economy".
