Abstract
—Cloud-assisted Mobile Ad-hoc Networks (Cloud-assisted MANETs) are expected to be popular on the Internet in the future. The simplicity and effectiveness of MANETs coupled with the powerful technologies of Cloud allow for the provision real services and variable multimedia applications. However, the combination of Cloud networks and MANETs also brings some challenges, especially the energy issue. With the dynamic network structure of MANETs, the disconnection issue between MANETs and Cloud can cause cost boom problems. In this paper, we propose a routing solution to energy-saving and perimproved improvements for MANETs (called CEPRM) through reducing time in sbỏrching transactions in Cloud-assisted MANETs. Simulation result showed that our solution can help to reduce more times cost than normal methods.
