Analysis of the impact of smart medical platform construction on medical willingness: ——Based on quantitative analysis of urban residents in Wuhan

Abstract

In the post-epidemic era, smart medical platforms have received more and more attention. Taking the Wuhan area as an example, this paper explores the impact of medical platform construction on urban residents' willingness to seek medical treatment through a combination of questionnaire surveys and expert interviews. Based on SOR, this study combines Theory of Perceived Risk and TAM to establish model, and uses factor regression analysis and structural equation model for hypothesis verification. The research results can provide an important reference basis for the development of targeted management and promotion strategies for smart medical port managers.
